Purchased the consomme with the new recipe. Performed a comparison of the old and new ingredients list and a product taste test of each. The new product tastes terrible!!

The differences are: substituted corn starch for tapioca starch, maltodextrine for tapioca maltodextrine, dehydrated onion for onion powder.

Removed: potassium chloride, dehydrated celery, and curcumin.

Added: didodium guanylate and disodium isosinate.

The new chicken consommé tastes terrible and bitter! Please bring back the old recipe! Hopefully the company will listen to the previous complaints of their customers over using different/cheaper ingredients. The flavors used to be so spot on I would add it to almost everything.
